1. Acceptable Use of Web Tools

Our calculation engines (including DMX address mappers and truss load safety analyzers) are intended to assist qualified stage electricians and certified riggers. They serve as secondary estimations and MUST be verified against official structural engineering documentation and manufacturer load charts.

2. Limitation of Structural & Rigging Liability

BreezyHub Backstage Solutions Ltd. assumes no liability or financial responsibility for hardware failure, improper rigging execution, signal dropouts, physical injury, or property damage resulting from stage setups designed using our utilities. Physical safety inspections by certified ETCP/rigging personnel are mandatory for all venue installations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All original source code, custom layout algorithms, vector UI components, and technical articles published on breezyhubbackstag.asia remain the intellectual property of BreezyHub Backstage Solutions Ltd.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
